March 8th marks International Women’s Day, a global occasion to recognize the achievements of women and advocate for gender equality. Within Erasmus + KA220 INCLUDE ME+ project, we emphasize the importance of digital inclusion in fostering gender equality and empowering marginalized groups. As digital platforms shape societal narratives, ensuring that women have equitable access to digital tools and representation is crucial for achieving a more inclusive world.

The Role of Digital Media in Women’s Empowerment

Digital media has become a powerful tool in amplifying the voices of women and marginalized groups. Platforms such as social media, blogs, and digital campaigns allow women to share their experiences, connect with communities, and advocate for change. Research conducted within INCLUDE ME+ project highlights how digital media can:
