INCLUDE ME+ is more than a course—it’s a movement to create safer, fairer, and more inclusive digital spaces across Europe.

The IncludeMe+ modules are presented in two formats: long and short versions. The long versions provide in-depth learning with comprehensive content, reflection, activities, and resources while the short versions give a concise and flexible introduction to the same topics.

Short versions are available in English, Finnish, Swedish, German, Spanish, and Turkish, ensuring accessibility for a wide audience. Long versions are available in English and Ukranian and downloadable as PowerPoint presentations to support easy use and adaptation, including translation, in different learning contexts.

Through seven dynamic modules, learners will gain the tools to challenge misinformation, reduce polarisation, and harness digital media for peace, participation, and positive change. Whether you’re an educator, student, media professional, or activist, INCLUDE ME+ equips you with real-world strategies, inspiring case studies, and interactive resources to transform how we connect online.
